Raw-signal sleeve. Entry is the 18-day-MA break: two bars sit clear of the average, then price takes out their true high. Exit is the mirror signal — that is the only exit. Every engine overlay is off (no ROI lock, no scale-out, no green basket, no EOD flatten, no regime throttle, no cooldown), because in the bake-off those overlays took this signal from 1st of 11 to 8th of 11. Long-only. Period is 10, not 18 — the peak of the sweep in both modes.
Two deviations from the backtest, deliberately: the hard stop sits at its widest allowed 30% (the engine cannot hold a stopless position; the backtest had no stop at all), and positions cap at 10 (the backtest gave all ~1000 universe symbols their own sleeve, which no live account can do).
